Payment Methods:
Online Payment: Credit Card via PayPal secure shopping cart.
Mail Payment: Money Order or Personal Check. If paying by Money Order or Check - call or email us and we will work out the details of your order.
Store Ship to Locations:
USA addresses only. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
NOTE: International Sales orders payments placed through the website will be refunded minus the PayPal fee. PayPal doesn't refund transaction fees.
Shipping and Handling:
USPS MAIL only
FREE SHIPPING by First Class Mail to USA addresses only!
Packages usually ship within 24 hours (except for weekends & postal holidays). You will receive an email from PayPal with USPS tracking number.
NOTE: Shipping delays that do occur occasionally due to the US Postal Service are beyond our control and we are not responsible for slow delivery.
EXPRESS shipping is NOT available -- it costs more than $30.00 extra and means rushing off to the Post Office only to be told that they cannot guarantee overnight delivery. PRIORITY gets it there fast (just let us know if you need PRIORITY UPGRADE before you place the order and we will send a customized email invoice to you).
NOTE: This website does not indicate "quantity available" - so occasionally an item may be out-of-stock. Please be understanding. We will notify you if your purchase(s) will require longer processing / shipping time. Generally, items are shipped within 1 (one) business day after receipt of cleared payment.
Sales Tax:
6% Sales Tax charged to Michigan buyers.
Customer Service and Return Policy:
NO RETURNS.
All items are well-packaged and shipped very promptly in new/sealed condition.
Please choose your selections carefully. If items are purchased in error and in unopened/unused condition, returns may be allowed (upon seller approval) within 2 weeks of purchase date. 10% restocking fee may be deducted from refunded purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping.
NOTE: For orders placed through the website that are requested to be cancelled by buyer before they are shipped, payments will be refunded minus the PayPal fee. PayPal doesn't refund transaction fees.
If a package is not delivered and gets returned to seller by the USPS Postal Service due to inadequate address or unauthorized recipient, 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded purchase price. If you wish to re-ship, you pay the shipping charges for resending the package.
MAIL THEFT: Once your package tracking number shows it was marked DELIVERED, you are responsible for its safety. Mail theft is increasing, and any package that goes missing after delivery requires you to investigate with assistance of the local Post Office, your carrier, neighbors, and file a "Mail Theft Complaint" report with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
